Come join the VDL Skills Clinic on Monday October 6th where our execs will teach you how to go beyond the 5 Ds of dodgeball!
In this session we will review the mechanics behind throwing, catching, sweeping and blocking. After this we will move into the strategies behind teamwork, targeting, ball control and more!
